If you are unhappy with the services you received, we will return your money as long as the complaints are sincere and can be supported by evidence gathered via an inquiry. Refund Guidelines:
-30 days before the scheduled delivery date are free of charge. .
-Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date charge will be 40% of total cost.
-cancellation occurs 15–7 days before arrival.There is a 50% cancellation fee.
-7 to 5 days before the scheduled delivery date.There is a 60% of total amount.
-cancelled in less than five days.There is no refund.
-Once a Safaris & Dhikala Night Stay is reserved, there is no refund.
